Membership Terms

  • Beaty Bank / Wellness Club Membership is month-to-month and can be canceled at any time after the first 3 months with no additional fees.
  • Bank balances are non-refundable, but can be used for any service at The MedLounge.
  • Membership accumulation can only be used toward services.  This money is exempt from labs and retail products, however, members do receive a 10% discount on retail products. 
  • Your Reserve Member discount applies only to in-office purchases or services and can not be used in addition to special promotions or sale items
